I was a little worried it might be too warm for our mild climate, but the quilted velvet is just the right weight for cozying up on the couch. It's washed beautifully so far, too.
The cotton velvet is incredibly soft and the weight gives it a nice, substantial feel when draped over the couch. It's already become my go-to for evening reading sessions.
